GENERAL PROVISIONS

Orders from private and commercial customers of patrick.eu are subject to these terms and conditions. Contracting party is FLA Europe, Lindestraat 58, 9700 Oudenaarde, Belgium, in the following referred to as PATRICK. Conflicting conditions of the customer or conditions differing from those indicated in our terms and conditions are not valid for us. This applies even if we carry out deliveries without reservation in full knowledge of conflicting conditions of the customer.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all dat provided by you is accurate.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All quoted prices include the value added tax prescribed by law. All quoted prices are subject to change without notice. Payment can ONLY be made by using Paypal (using your VISA, MASTERCARD or a deposit from your Paypal Account). Read more about Paypal in our Privacy Policy. The quoted prices include 21% VAT for all products.

DELIVERY

Free delivery for Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, France and Germany. Other countries inside Europe at 7,5€. For countries outside Europe, the delivery fee is 15€. Your goods will be delivered within seven days after your payment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCHANGE

Changing the articles can within 14 days after delivery. Only new items in the original boxes will be accepted. The returning fee is totally at cost of the buyer. The withdrawal does not require any justification and has to be declared in writing (by mail or fax) or by return of the unused and packaged goods. To comply with this term, it is sufficient to dispatch the withdrawal or the goods in time to: FLA Europe, Lindestraat 58, B-9700 Oudenaard, Belgium. After FLA Europe receives the goods and after consultation, the customer will receive a different item, or we will refund the purchase price to the customer. If you want to return something, please let us know beforehand by phone or by email.

VARIATION

PATRICK shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website.

COMPLAINTS

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
