We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially when you have ordered something for a specific occasion and we use a large network of couriers to deliver goods from patrick.eu to all over the world.
We would like to inform you that we use a large international network of couriers to deliver goods from our offices at Patrick to all over the world.
We allocated the courier service that will deliver your order to you in the quickest time, depending on the size and weight of your order.
We suggest you have your goods delivered to a work address rather than to a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, let us know specific what you originally had ordered and what you did receive by contacting our Customer Care Team straight away. They will try and sort it out for you.
We want all our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by contacting our Customer Care Team.
We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to tell us as soon as you discover the fault so we can resolve the issue for you.
Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes.
If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not the person!
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

If you country is not mentioned, then we cannot ship to it at this moment.

From receipt, you have 14 days to decide if you want to return any item within your order. Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order.
Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
Follow these steps:
1 - Next to the products listed above mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.
2 - We are only able to exchange items where a different size of the same item is requested. You can place a new order if alternative items are required, and return the original item to us for a refund.
3 - Please select one of the reason codes against your return. If you have received an incorrect item please mark exchange if you still require the original item.
4 - Enclose this form with your parcel and we will process within 24 hours of receipt.
5 - Please retain a proof of postage.
Changing the articles can within 14 days after delivery. Only new items in the original boxes will be accepted. We suggest you to look at the measure table before ordering. The returning fee is totally at cost of the buyer.
You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size.
We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Please use the returns form you found in your package and send your returned goods to:
